Our beautiful tasting room is the ideal location to host your private gathering for any occasion.  We have competitive rates, custom event options, and preferred vendors to assist you in planning any special food or décor setup.  Our tasting room can host up to 45 guests and our team will work with you every step of the way in planning the perfect party. 

Event requirements include an event fee, labor, and a minimum case purchase (12 bottles) of wine.  This wine will be opened upon consumption throughout the event and all unopened bottles can be taken home at the completion of the event.  The fees will vary depending on the date and time of your event and your wine selections can be completely customized based on your preferences.

We have hosted corporate client events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, wedding showers and small receptions, family reunions, and so much more.

Over the past 10 years Dawn’s Dream and our revered staff have entertained guests at numerous wine dinners, tastings, and private events throughout the country. Our team will bring their extensive wine knowledge and exemplary hospitality into your home, workspace or special venue to provide a captivating and engaging wine experience.

A member of our team will travel to your preferred location to entertain your guests with a fun and personalized wine tasting.  Our team member will take you through a presentation of our history, wine portfolio, connection to non-profits, and more with stories and images while sampling our wines to make you and your guests feel as if you are sitting at our tasting room bar in beautiful Carmel-by-the-Sea. 

How does this all work?

First things first, let’s set a date!  Next, let’s make sure you have a guest list of 20 or more individuals.  You will need to cover our staff’s travel and lodging expenses which typically ranges from $1,000-$1,500 depending on the event location.  Last, we will help you put together your custom wine selections and a minimum purchase of 3 cases is required.  These wines will be opened upon consumption during the event and you can keep the remaining bottles for your cellar or give them as gifts to your guests.

 Hiring a caterer or personal chef for your event?  We will work closely to create the best pairing options based on the menu.  We will also have special offers and shipping discounts for your guests on any purchases they make during the event.
