Returns & Cancellations

At Dawn’s Dream Winery, we take pride in the quality of our wines and want every bottle you receive to reflect our standards. Because wine is a perishable product and subject to specific handling requirements, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

1. Corked or Spoiled Wines

We use certified wine corks in all our wines to help prevent cork taint. If you believe a wine you've purchased is corked, we will replace the bottle with a new one of the same wine, provided:

  • The wine has not been damaged due to improper storage or heat exposure after delivery.
  • The original bottle and cork are returned to us for evaluation.

Dawn’s Dream Winery will cover the cost of shipping the replacement wine if pickup is not possible. If the wine is no longer available, a refund may be issued for the bottle and original shipping cost.

2. Wine Club Cancellations

Cancellations of Wine Club shipments must be made prior to processing and shipping.
Once a wine club shipment has left our facility, refunds cannot be issued. Members are responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to returns or re-shipments unless the error was ours.

3. Shipping Errors & Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer is responsible for:

  • Additional shipping costs
  • Address correction fees (if applicable)

We will not issue refunds or accept returns under these circumstances unless the shipping issue was due to an error on our part.

4. Legal Age & Signature Requirement

By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age. A signature from an adult 21 or older is required at the time of delivery. We cannot refund or reship wine returned due to a failure to produce legal ID or provide a signature at delivery.

5. State Compliance

We only ship wine to states where we are legally permitted to do so. If your state restricts direct-to-consumer wine shipments, your order may be canceled and refunded.
