2021 Beau Rêve Chardonnay

Beautifully fragrant notes of pear and vanilla followed by hints of pineapple introduce this rich and substantial new addition to Dawn’s portfolio; Floral and spicy on the mid-palate, this Chardonnay doesn’t disappoint with flavors of jasmine, lychee and spiced Bosc pear. Solid Oak notes flow throughout due to 12 months on new French Oak, resulting in a long and lingering vanilla finish, followed by touches of caramel and anise.
